WELCOME TO SPRINGSIDE PARK

Springside is the largest municipal park in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, spanning 237.5 acres on the north side of the city. In addition to its many woodland trails, the park hosts the Hebert Arboretum, a community garden, baseball and softball fields, a basketball court, playground, and pond. The Springside House in the southwest section of the park dates from 1856. The former home of the city's Parks and Recreation Department, it's an important part of Pittsfield's past and future.
